Auction: Practical Information

Auction house Bernaerts will auction the instrument live and online on Thursday the 18th of February 2021, 8pm. To increase the proceeds additional lots will be sold. Also concerts around cellists Amy Norrington (solo, duo, trio) and Paul Heyman (solo, duo, trio) will be sold.

Catalogue:

An online catalogue with photo’s is available from 2021 January 27 onwards.

Viewing days:
From December 14 to February 2 (10am–6pm) – only by appointment
On these days, the cello can also be played in presence of a professional cellist.

Benefit concerts – postponed

Three generations of cellists play music from Bach to Britten. Roel Dieltiens demonstrates the new Cello for Charity by Joris Wouters, which will be auctioned on the 18th of February 2021. The proceeds will be donated to musicians that have been affected by the corona measures.
